Kevin Willard quote book: Providence

*All quotes courtesy of postgame interview with Tarik Turner on FSN, via Jason Schott, BrooklynFans.com*

On Providence possibly having momentum from resuming the game on campus:
"Yeah, that was the biggest thing we talked about, because they got a chance to reset and we knew they were going to come at us strong, and they did. But this is a resilient group. All we talked about was how important the next 13 minutes were, and we had to get it. We fought hard last night, and I'm proud of the way the guys came back this afternoon."

On Khadeen Carrington controlling the game after Desi Rodriguez's injury:
"Everyone's been on him all season long about what he's not doing, and I've been telling him how great he has been doing. He's led us, he's sacrificed his offense at times, and I think he understood that without Desi out there, he would have to be more aggressive, and I'm just so proud of the way he's been a leader and the way he's played all season long."

On Rodriguez's sprained ankle and a possible return:
"He won't be back for St. John's (Saturday). We're hoping Wednesday against Villanova. We'll give him a chance to rest. He sprained it pretty good, and we need him healthy. Hopefully we'll get him back for Villanova."
